A little about us.

With the desire to share experience and resolve complex problems, we founded ELI to help improve the quality of life for our communities.

Due to the decline of our nation’s aged infrastructure and remarkable regional growth, new and innovative solutions are in high demand. ELI provides these solutions with over fifty years of experience, a diverse and thriving culture, and exceptional quality.
