Energy Land and Infrastructure, LLC (ELI) provided professional land surveying, right-of-way acquisition support, roadway design, bid phase services, and construction engineering and inspection services to the City of Murfreesboro for this 1600 ft long extension of Gateway Boulevard from Robert Rose Drive to an existing roundabout at the prior terminus of Gateway Blvd.  The serpentine layout of the 2-lane curb and gutter roadway section with dual sidewalks was geometrically constrained by stream buffers of the adjacent Stones River and the points of connection.  The project included new traffic signalization at Robert Rose Drive, a concrete slab bridge, street lighting, and other roadway appurtenances conforming to City of Murfreesboro and Gateway Overlay District guidelines and standards.
