  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and long-term workforce goals.
  • Review resumes, conduct candidate prescreens, assess qualifications, and provide hiring managers with qualified candidates for consideration.
  • Coordinate interviews, maintain communication with candidates, and help ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the selection process while maintaining consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable employment requirements.

  • Partner with leadership to identify potential candidates who may be a good fit for ELI, including individuals who are not actively seeking new opportunities.
  • Research recruiting trends, competitor talent markets, and sourcing strategies to improve candidate outreach and hiring effectiveness.
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline information, and hiring metrics.

Employer Branding and Recruiting Outreach

  • When possible, partner with HR with representing ELI at career fairs, university events, professional association meetings, and other recruiting events.
  • Build relationships with colleges, universities, student organizations, and professional networks to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Help communicate ELI’s culture, career development opportunities, collaborative environment, and commitment to employee well-being.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen ELI’s presence in the talent market and attract professionals who align with our values and long-term goals.

  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related HR function.
  • Experience managing multiple open positions and coordinating recruiting activities across different departments or locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates proactively, conduct prescreens, evaluate qualifications, and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A self-starter mindset with the initiative to identify opportunities, solve problems, and continuously improve recruiting practices.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and other recruiting tools.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% for recruiting events, career fairs, and other business needs.
